Tennis Trading

Hi

I once read about a system where you back the favourite to win the match and the outsider to win the first set. You then trade out as the first set develops. Apparently this led to some good results. Has anyone else heard of this system?

Re: Tennis Trading

Mate you really ought to check out the exchanges..

Trading sounds great in principle but your outsider really does have to get in front at some point before you can think about trading out.. too many 1.01 trains ruin a good plan

read some of the bull available on the B etfair forum

Hi smiley-smile

I know what you mean about the Betfair forum. A harsh place full of B******t, sharks and naivety!

However there may be mileage in this kind of trade. You need to pick the right match with the fav about 1.5 and the outsider around 3.0

It is amazing how quickly a bandwagon starts when one or the other starts well

Re: Tennis Trading

Hi all.

I have to say that in defence of the Betfair forum, there is nearly always something to giggle at being said on there. For every ten idiots, there is someone with something funny to say. I have to say, I don't think I've ever learnt a thing off of the forum but have had some laughs using it!

The tennis forum is vicious!

Hi smiley-smile

Whats going on with all these courtsider complaints. I though the venues barred any kind of laptop or hand helds?

I can see the advantage of being there to bet. A couple of years ago I heard about some guys touring with the circuit with a satellite link up and making a killing!
